Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Shivansh Computer & Coaching Institute. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a limited refund period for students who are not satisfied with the training experience. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the batch start date.

2. Conditions for Refund Request

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The student must submit the refund request within 7 days of the batch start date.
  • The student must have attended at least 2 training sessions during the first week.
  • The refund request must be sent from the student’s registered email address.
  • The institute reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of misuse, false claims, or unrealistic expectations.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Registration/admission fees, study material charges, and any third-party certification or examination fees are strictly non-refundable.

4. No Refund After 7 Days

No refund requests will be accepted after 7 days from the batch start date under any circumstances.

5. Batch Transfer Requests

Students who are unable to continue their current batch may request a transfer to another batch, subject to seat availability and management approval.

6. Course Cancellation by Institute

Shivansh Computer & Coaching Institute reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, change trainers, or cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollments, technical issues, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, students may choose either:

  • Transfer to a future batch, or
  • Receive a full refund of the course fee paid.

7. Duplicate Payment Refunds

In case of duplicate payment, students may request a refund by providing valid payment proof from their registered email address.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
