We offer a limited refund period for students who are not satisfied with the training experience. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the batch start date.
To be eligible for a refund:
Registration/admission fees, study material charges, and any third-party certification or examination fees are strictly non-refundable.
No refund requests will be accepted after 7 days from the batch start date under any circumstances.
Students who are unable to continue their current batch may request a transfer to another batch, subject to seat availability and management approval.
Shivansh Computer & Coaching Institute reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, change trainers, or cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollments, technical issues, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

In case of duplicate payment, students may request a refund by providing valid payment proof from their registered email address.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
